Ravenwood

Located at the northern end of Sarasota County, Ravenwood is a very special place to live and enjoy our slice of paradise. Over one-third of our Owners have lived in Ravenwood for more than 20 years and property turnover is very low.

Ravenwood has only 101 one-acre properties and limited egress. 

Our approximately 500-meter lake and extensive tree canopy are also home to a broad range of animals and birds. Ravenwood is very close to the latest upscale shopping and dining facilities and the Olympic training and competition rowing center.

This website is used to provide Ravenwood Owners with information and to provide an easy link to the Ravenwood Deed Restrictions and other important documents. Official notice of Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are posted here! Courtesy notices and meeting agendas are also sent to Owners who have registered for email notifications. Notices of Annual, Regular, or Special meetings of the Owners of Ravenwood Owners Association are sent by email and/or US Mail.
